Abstract
Using total flavonoids, total terpene lactones, and total ginkgolic acids in leaves as index,HPLC method was applied to analyze and evaluate the quality of Idioplasmic Resource of Ginkgo biloba's half-sib.The results showed that the content of total flavonoids, total terpene lactones, and total ginkgolic acids in Ginkgo biloba leaves of half-sib was 3.644~8.119 mg/g,2.890~5.768 mg/g,and 6.070~20.148 mg/g,respectively.Synthetically,the quality of Idioplasmic Resources of Ginkgo biloba's half-sib had obvious differences. These results would provide a scientific basis for the selecting and breeding of superior varieties of Ginkgo biloba for leave production.
