Abstract
This paper analyzes urban system in Changde, Hunan province on the cross-century context. After exploring urban system constitution structure, including rank-size structure,function structure, spatial structure, and estimating trends of urban system development and transformation, the author provides future steps to regulate and optimize the urban system.
