Basic Characteristics of Composed Equipment Difficulty of Rhythmic Gymnastics Individual Event in China

The top 8 athletes of adult individual event finals in 2010 Artistic Gymnastics National Championship were selected and analyzed their four completed sets action of equipment by the literature and mathematical statistic method,analyzing and sorting method,video recording analysis and so on.We mainly depended on marking rule change characteristic of the 2009 International Rhythmic Gymnastics,and analyzed the equipment difficulty's composed feature of national artistic gymnastics individual event systematically and deeply,and it explored the developmental trend of the equipment difficulty complies the rule's change regular pattern.The result showed that Chinese athletes controlled the composed difficulty and technique in ring gymnastics,second was rope gymnastics and ball gymnastics,and belt gymnastics was disadvantaged event.The composed form of the various equipment skilled actions was too simple,which needs diversification.We should pay attention to improve the technique difficulty and adventurous skill that is the present key point.Selected adventurous equipment action as the end of the completed sets is becoming a major trend of artistic gymnastics development,utilizing the equipment without the help of hands will become the current of artistic gymnastics development in the future.
