Abstract
Digital Elevation Model(DEM) is the main data source of analysis.The effects of different grid cell sizes of raster DEM on morphologic factors data are evaluated.Using DEM with 6 different horizontal resolutions,basic parameter included slope and aspect are extracted and derived.According to the result,grid size affects the accuracy of derived information,especially in the flat areas.We should choose the DEM with right resolution.
