Facing the coming amendment of the criminal procedure law, we have no guidance of methodology. Base Justice theory is an effective way and strategy to guide the reform of criminal procedure system. On the one hand, it recognized the need of justice at the lowest degree in human society and provided theoretical basis for the reform of criminal procedure of China that is mainly the subject of law transplantation. On the other hand, it admitted the relativity and multiple of justice, admitting the alternative of transplanting legal system. Thus it provided the micro-operating steps for the reform of criminal procedure in China. At the same time, Base Justice theory possesses the significance to the further research of criminal procedure in China.
