Obstacle analysis and channel seeking for the social insurance fund on stock market

This paper analyzes the connotation and the structure of the social insurance fund, and points out its significance of putting on the stock market, which is one of the operating forms for the release of the insurance fund. Moreover, this paper also examines the main problems concerning the procedure of putting it on the stock exchange market. Finally, the paper holds that for better operation on the stock market, the following measures need to be taken:(1)to strengthen the support of policies;(2)to reduce the limitation on the operation of social insurance fund;(3)to select independent legal representatives; and (4) to train the managerial talents for the fund.
