Abstract
Objective To understand the clinical symptoms and related image changes of atypical pulmonary tuberculosis, and reduce the rate of error diagnosis. Methods The clinical data of 56 cases with atypical pulmonary tuberculosis were retrospectively analyzed. Results In clinical symptoms of 56 cases with atypical pulmonary tuberculosis, chest imaging showed that the tuberculosis locations were not typical, of all anterior segment of upper lobe in 20 cases, middle or lingular lobe in 30 cases, basal segment of lower lobe in 6 cases. Conclusion Atypical pulmonary tuberculosis has not correlated manifestation of typical tuberculosis, and the diversification of tuberculosis locations. Finding tuberculosis bacteria by fiberoptic bronchoscopy, positive sputum, positive tuberculosis antibody, experimental anti-tuberculosis diagnosis and treatment are the basis.
