Abstract

Myeloid-derived suppressor cells(MDSCs) are a group of heterogeneous cells that have not fully differentiated ard could suppress bone marrow-derived immune response.The function of MDSCs in tumor immunosuppression is currently a hot topic.In recent years,researches concerning immune inhibition of MDSCs in non-neoplastic diseases are increased.It is important to understand the role myeloid derived suppressor cells playing in the immune system.
