Abstract
According to the study on the residential building forms in Baotou in 20th century,the paper introduces some residential regions with better construction effects after the implementation of the unified construction,gives some special examples for the residential building in 1980s,summarizes and concludes the concrete aspects of the improvement for the design level in 1980s.In the paper,experiences are accumulated and the defects are also discovered in order to meet the residential building requirements in new century.
