Nurture of Innovative Teaching Ability of College Gym Teachers

The author of this article and the use of literature in light of its own physical education for many years to try and experience accumulated in the analysis of innovative approaches to teaching the importance of sports on the basis of the training of teachers from the teaching ability and innovative teaching to cultivate two aspects of the innovation capability,in detail expounded the ability of innovative teaching methods for teaching physical education to improve the level of workers to provide a theoretical basis.
