On Law Regulation for Network Behavior Unfair Competition from the Perspective of 3Q Battle

The specificity of the network economy determines network unfair competition law regulation complexity.The lack of relevant laws regulate unfair competition to become a serious obstacle.This paper analyzes the behavior of unfair competition under the network environment and the characteristics of the main forms,proposes measures to strengthen the network of regulatory acts of unfair competition,and promotes the healthy operation of the network economy.
