Abstract
Objective:The paper developed a method for simultaneous determination for salicylic acid, sorbic acid and benzoic acid in food. Methods:The absorption data of 210~300 nm internal 1 nm about the three compounds were obtained. Results:The result shows that that Beer's law is obeyed in 5~20 μg/mL for salicylic acid,20~80 μg/mL for sorbic acid and in 10~30 μg/mL for benzoic acid. The average recovery is 100.4% for salicylic acid,98.1% for sorbic acid and 96.9% for benzoic acid. Conclusion:This method is reliable and good reproducibility for determination of salicylic acid sorbic acid, and benzoic acid in food.
