Review of power control techniques in CDMA systems

Abstract

Power control is one of the most important techniques in CDMA mobile communication systems. The various power control techniques for reverse and forward link of CDMA systems is introduced in this paper. Firstly the importance and the classification of power control in CDMA systems are presented, then the power control scheme for reverse and forward link of CDMA systems is addressed respectively.
