Use Human-oriented Scientific Development Viewpoint to Manage the Ideological and Political Education in Colleges

The basic value of the scientific development is human-oriented.In colleges,that is to promote the student-oriented humanitarian education according to the goal and demand of talents training of colleges. Therefore the educators in colleges should establish the new human-oriented working pattern,put the students' interest in the first place,promote the education aim,i.e.all for students,for all students and for students' all,carry forward students' value and entity,and regards the students' overall development as the ultimate purpose of the ideological and political education so as to cultivate students through teaching,management and service.
