Abstract
As the reasonable utilization of land resources development and environmental degradation have become prominent, the security of land resources has been an important part of national security system and a hot issue of land science. In order to develop and use land resources scientifically, it's in urgent need of carrying out the evaluation of land resources capacity. This paper introduces the definition of land resources, the status quo of Chinese land resources and land resources capacity. Then it explores the evaluation methods and the construction of index system of land resources capacity. It analysis the adhibition of land resources capacity in national spatial development and management. At last, it puts forward the development trend of land resources capacity.
