Abstract
The consciousness of expecting the result is a special aesthetic psychology of Chinese people. It has a clear influence on the plot, characters and many sequels of Chinese ancient famous novels. At the same time, it also influences the form of traditional Chinese novel with each chapter headed by a couple giving the gist of its content, the structure of the script for story-telling in the Song and Yuan Dynasties, the form and angle of narration, the means of artistic expression of Chinese ancient novels and language.
