An Exploration on the Economic Law System

Abstract

How Economic law system is established not only directly relates to people's cognition to Economic law,but also indirectly reflects developmental level of this subject.The author accepts view that the Economic law system is an organic integrity consists of multi-level and a full range of Economic law departments,and introduces an Economic law system built from method of system theory——the new dual system,in an attempt to open a new perspective to currently confused Economic law system research.
