Analysis of application effect of humanistic nursing care in the surgical ward

Abstract
Objective To discuss application of application effect of humanistic nursing care in the surgical ward. Methods From January 2010 to December 2010 1284 inpatients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 642 cases in each one,the control group was given routine nursing care,the observation group was given humanistic nursing care,the nursing effect of two groups were compared.Results In the observation group,the patients' satisfaction with the quality of nursing significantly were higher than that in the control group.Conclusion Humanistic nursing care can effectively improve the quality of nursing in surgical wards,to improve patient' satisfaction,so it is worth popularizing.
