Abstract
Object Discuss the diagnosis of the lung cancer CA125 in the form in the application.Method Light in the chemical analysis methods of detecting 113 cases of lung cancer patients,serum CA125,Analysis of different shape and the blood level of the differences CA125.And health in contrast.Result Lung cancer patients with the serum CA125 level is(66.31±69.82)u/ml,Lung cancer patients glands serum CA125 level is(132.91±153.45)U/ml,Small cell lung cancer patients serum CA125 level is(60.13±75.78)U/ml.The normal for(24.06±15.13)U/ml(P0.01);With lung cancer,cancer cells glands and lung cancer CA125 a difference of level of statistical significance(P0.05);Iii and iv of the lung cancer patients CA125 level higher than i to phase ii of the patients(P0.05).Conclusion Lung cancer patients CA125 the concentration of lung cancer detection and brethren,and,in phases of the clinical implications.
