Abstract

Objective To study the expression and relationship of miR-145,Akt and p-Akt protein in epithelial ovarian cancer tissue. Methods The expression of miR-145 was examined by RT-PCR,and Western blot was used to measure Akt and p-Akt expression.Analyze the relationship of miR-145,Akt and p-Akt protein.Results(1) The expression of miR-145 in normal ovarian, benign and malignant epithelial ovarian tumor tissues was gradually reduced, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);The expression level of miR-145 has no relation with FIGO stage and pathologic types(P0.05).(2) The expression of p-Akt in normal ovaries, benign and malignant epithelial ovarian tumor tissues was gradually increased, the difference was statistically significant P0.05),The expression level of p-Akt was related to the FIGO stage(P0.05),but has no relation with pathologic types(P0.05).(3) There was a negative correlation between miR-145 and p-Akt(r=-0.492,P=0.001).Conclusion MiR-145 and the activation of the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway may play an important role in the occurrence and development of epithelial ovarian cancer, and have a negative correlation.
