Abstract
Theory of light scattering by aerosol particles and the approach of the calculation of the polarization are introduced in this paper. In the light of Mie’s theory, a theoretical model of light scattering by spherical particles is created on the basis of Mueller Matrices. Numerical simulation to the depolarization of light scattering by spherical particles at four typical weather environments is done based on an iterative algorithm.
