Abstract

Using documentary method, investigative method, statistical method and contrastive method, this article discusses how to improve the students?physique in average colleges according to the students?state of health, the reasons why the students are in poor health and the methods of improving college students?physique. This article also provides theoretical and practical guides in developing college quality education and improving college students?physique.
