Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of glutamine combined with enteral nutrition on the immune function and nutritional status of the patients in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods The clinical data of 70 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital between December 2012 and December 2014 were reviewed and randomly, divided into observation group and control group, 35 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received enteral nutrition therapy, whereas the observation group received combined therapy of glutamine and enteral nutrition. The immune function and nutritional status of the two groupsof patients were observed. Results After treatment, the levels of Ig G, Ig A, CD8 and CD4 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, so were the levels of TF, ALB and NB(P0.05). Conclusion The combined therapy of glutamine and enteral nutrition is with significant curative effect for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
