Abstract
Through the analysis of components,some typical assembly mode have been summarized.Algorithms library of basic information has been established by combining w ith national standards of components.Through traversing face information and functional properties of the model and analyzing them by algorithms library,some assembly mode w ill come out.Then the feature of model obtained by assembly mode w ill be applied constraints automatically.Intelligent auxiliary assembly system of secondary development based on UG has been established and the effectiveness of the system has been verified.
