Abstract
Pot experiment was carried out to study the photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of wheat under drought stress. The results showed that the photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of Chang 6878 decreased slightly under light and middle water stress treatments and its change trend was similar to that of the control.Under serious drought stress physiological indexes of flag leaf were significantly lower than these in the control and light or medium drought treatments.
