Abstract

Applied fresh tea as material, the extraction for tea polyphenol by ultrasonic wave auxiliary method and the traditional organic solvent extraction method was comparative studied. The effect on the extraction rate and quality was also studied. The conclusion showed that the ultrasonic wave auxiliary method was better than the traditional organic solvent extraction method under the same conditions, and had many advantages, such as save time, high efficiency, low cost, easy to operate, improving the product quality.
