The sequence of the locative zai phrase and the verb is constrained by the local features of verbs.Thus the zai phrase may be of much difference along with the different local features of verbs as well as the different sequences of the zai phrase and the verbs.When forming a construction with a fixed position or a starting position verb,the zai phrase can only be placed before it.When forming a construction with an ending position verb,the zai phrase can only be placed after it.When forming a construction with a starting-to-ending position or an adhesive position verb,the zai phrase can be placed either before or after it,on the condition that they have common features.
