Clinical Value of the Serum β-HCG and Progesterone Level in Early Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy

Abstract

Objective To nvestigate the effects of progesterone level, serum β-HCG in early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods From 2012 June ~2014 June, 112 cases in our hospital for treatment were taken as the research object, randomly divided into control group(normal pregnancy group, 58 cases), the observation group(ectopic pregnancy group, 54 cases), detected serum β-HCG and progesterone in pregnant women in the two groups, and conducted comparative analysis. Results The detection of two groups of pregnant women serum β-HCG, progesterone showed that the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion The combined detection of serum β-HCG, progesterone can enhance the rate of early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
