Abstract

Objective:To study the main HPV infection types and genotyping of the CIN patients. To study the prevalent HPV types in different grade of CIN. Methods:Type-specific PCR was used to detect HPV-16,18,33,58 and genotyping of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN). Results:There were 73 samples screened for the presence of HPV-DNA form 98 patients. The positive rate of total HPV was 74.5%. The infection rates of the four HPV types were as follows:HPV16 (53.1%),HPV18 (38.7%),HPV33 (17.3%),HPV58 (30.6%). The Positive rates of total HPV in different grade of CIN were 42.9%,61.1% and 93.2% respectively. Conclusion:The prevalent HPV types of CIN from highest to lowest order were as follows:HPV16,HPV18,HPV58 and HPV33. The positive rates of total HPV in different grade of CIN were different, increasing with the seriousness of cervical neoplasia lesions.
