The explosion on quality management and supervision system of laboratory

The laboratory is an important component of the hospital,and the accurate test results are important bases of the disease judgment and treatment program.In order to enhance the accuracy of the test results and improve the quality management and supervision system,we carry on analysis from 7 aspects such as error analysis,management of samples,instruments,reagent and inspection sheet,quality control,and personnel training.We think the quality management of laboratory should be attached importance from definition of responsibility system,enhancing technique level and strengthening the cooperation of each link.
