Abstract
Aimed at the tracking control of electro-hydraulic position servo systems with uncertainties and nonlinearities,a design method of integral sliding mode adaptive control was presented. The goal of robust tracking control was obtained in the working condition variation. The simulation results show that the method improves position tracking accuracy considerably and is robust.
