Abstract
In this paper, based on the monitoring and measurement for mountain expressway tunnel construction, and finite element analysis. To analyze the surrounding rock stress state in the construction process of mountain tunnel.Monitoring and measurement for surrounding rock, analyzed the alternation regular pattern with shift and stress state adapts to time in the course of tunnel construction. And the process of tunnel excavation is simulated by using ADINA,a FEM software. The distribution regular of rock mass stress is searched, and surrounding rock stability is analyzed. It offered a foundation for selection supporting time in the process of building the tunnel.
