Study on Land-Use Pattern Change ProcessIn Farming-Pastoral Transitional Zone in Farming Area ——A Case of Wuchuan Country

A region land-use patterns changes are affected by social development and scientific and technological progress, using LUCC detailed survey data and field investigation to analyze the characteristic of dynamic changes of land-use type .The results show that over the past 15 years, the amount of cultivated land continued decline, and woodland, land transportation, water conservancy facilities land and other agricultural land is in an upward trend,and grassland, independent mining,residential area and unused land present volatility trend of first increases and then to reduce. The district difference of area change of cultivated land, woodland, grassland, construction land is very obvious from 1996 to 2006. Reducing cultivated land primarily flow to woodland, grassland, independent mining and residential area and unused land during 2001 to 2005. So it is primary direction to protect cultivated land and adjust agricultural land structure for making land use type more reasonable.
