Abstract

In the process of reform and opening-up,the Chinese Communist Party has accumulated its own cultural development experiences with Chinese characteristics.These experiences include the ad- herence to the guidance of Marxism ideas,the formation of culture from serving social needs and carrying on the excellent national traditions while borrowing from other countries'civilizations.
