Compare and Study the Basic Questions of Criminal Impossibility

There is no such terminology as criminal impossibility in China's laws and corresponding regu- lations.It is usually treated and studied as criminal attempt in the criminal law theory and practice. However,criminal impossibility is dangerous in a certain degree but different from that of criminal at- tempt.This article holds the idea that criminal impossibility is different from criminal attempt since there is no actual criminal behavior for criminal impossibility.Thus it is improper to treat them the same way.
