At present China's social civilized system civilized mainly initiates the material civilization,political civilization and spiritual civilization;The ecology civilization relates mutually with the material civilization,political civilization and spiritual civilization,but not contained mutually;The author suggests that the ecology civilization should be considered as the important constituent,complete the construction of new mechanism of the four civilizations coordinated development,which is not only complied with the inevitably choice of historical trend of the human society development,but also is the inevitably request of implementing the realization of scientific view of development, advancing the comprehensive construction of moderately prosperous society and constructing the harmonious society.
