Abstract
Based on tourism spatial structure theory,this paperbuilt a tourist center city evaluation and factor analysiswhichwas used to analyze the Gansu Province fourteen cities.The results showed that Lanzhou,Jiuquan and Tianshui were the there core cities.Subsequently,using the gravity model,this paper analyzed the strength and the direction of tourism economic ties and intensity inside the tourism system ofGansu Province,and found that the tourism economic ties concentrated in a few cities.On this basis,itwas possible to build the tourism spatial structure of Gansu Province into one development zone,three circles.Thatwere the silk road tourist belt,big Lanzhou economic circle,Tianshui economic circle,Dunhuang tourism economic circle.
