Abstract
The disadvantages of the existing GPRS remote monitoring system have been analyzed in this paper.Simultaneously,combined the powerful geography information analysis ability of the GIS and the GPS technology and the powerful migration ability of embedded hand-hold terminal,a hand-hold terminal of GIS/GPRS/GPS remote monitoring system has been designed in this paper.With the hand-hold terminal,monitoring work can be carried on anytime and anywhere.And this hand-hold terminal can also assist monitoring human to customize optimally safety protection policy.
