Abstract

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of limited internal fixation and external fixationin in the treatment of 45 cases with fracture of tibia and fibula.Method A total of 45 cases of tibia and fibula fracture were treated with limited internal fixation and external fixation.Results For 43 patients achieved bone union,2 cases of delayed union and no cases of nonunion.Conclusion Limited internal fixation and external fixation has the advantages of reasonable design,simple and practical,easy to operate,fewer complications,and is worthy of clinical application.
