Abstract

The founding and development of social security system in new China is closely connected with the political economic system of the whole nation.In theory,the social security system in new China origins from Marxist and Engels's idea about scientific communism doctrine.And the Communist Party of China developed it.In practice,it inherited the institution under the first socialist countries and developed the system the Chinese Communist Party established since the CCP established.
