Abstract
Using different steps culture method, one strain producing antifungal substance, dubbed F69, was isolated from soil samples. And its shape and individual form were observed and identified from the aspects of physiological and biochemical index and 16S rDNA sequence analysis. In the phylogenetic tree, the strain belongs to the genus of bacillus, with a similarity of 99% with Bacillus licheniformis, and was identified as Bacillus licheniformis. F69 could be used as the microbial strain for producing antifungal substance for further study.
