By discussing the sources of measurement error and error analysis of total station traverse,calculating the point precision of total station traverse.According to error analysis and the requirement of engineering precision to determine the layout of measure traverse line,and the precautions during operation.Provide a reference for the application of total station traverse in the mine surveying.
