Abstract
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of multi-detector spiral CT for untraumatic acute abdomen.Method:The correspondence of spiral CT diagnosis and clinical diagnosis(confirmed by operation 、pathology or clinic)were analyzed retrospectively in 151 patients with untraumatic acute abdomen.Result:Among the 151 cases, the CT diagnosis of 142 patients were consistent with the clinical diagnosis, the corresponding diagnosis rate was 94.04%.There were 9 cases who were misdiagnosis and miss diagnosis. The rate was 5.96%.Conclusion:MDCT plays an important role in evaluating the location and diagnosis of untraumatic acute abdomen.
