With the rapid development of logistics,logistics park emerges vigorously in each region.However,while the development construction of logistics park obtains the biggersuccess,there are some problems,such as,going in for grandiose projects in plan,wasting land resource,high idle rate.This paper take Changsha as an example,will plan to forecast the scale of Changsha Logistics Park in the future five yearusing the parameterlaw,and provide certain intellectual support forthe Changsha logistics park 's scientific progress.
