Abstract

Based on the study of DICOM 3.0,We explain the design idea of Picture Archiving and Communication System and programme a PACS workstation with the functions of network communicating, database archiving and image displaying and processing.The research work is proved to be helpful to improve the doctors' diagnosis on taking full advantage of computer.
