Abstract
The folk festival culture plays an important part in national culture. It is of much more folk feature and gorgeous color in the course of the Hunan civilization,especially to the bright and colorful characteristics of Huxiang folk festival culture,and in the developing course of market economy, it should be used as a rich intension cultural resources,and bring into play its function in tourism economic activities.
