Abstract

Objective To observe the contrast - enhanced mode of real - time gray - scale ultrasound in breast lesions, and to explore the value of real - time gray - scale ultrasound in diagnosis of breast lesions. Methods Fifty breast lesions were enrolled in this study, there were 23 malignant lesions and 27 benign lesions. Their enhanced degree, enhanced mode, lesion border, extinction mode were observed, the blood perfusion characteristics of malignant and benign lesions were compared. Results Fifty breast lesions had different degree of enhancement , and 17 malignant lesions showed significant enhancement for more than 3 grade ( 17/23, 73. 9% ) , 16 lesions were inhomogeneous enhancement (16/23,69. 6% ) , 18 lesions had unclear and irregular boundary (18/23, 78. 3% ). There were 27 benign lesions, most of the enhancement was less than 3 grade (20/27, 74. 1%), 7 lesions were partial enhancement (7/27, 25.9%). There was significant difference of contrast - enhanced features between the two groups ( P0. 05 ). Conclusion Real - time gray - scale contrast - enhanced ultrasound can dynamically observe the microvessel blood perfusion of breast lesions, it can improve the diagnosis level.
