Abstract
In order to get the vibrant amplitude and frequency of a turbine blade, a method capable of measuring each blade in a rotating row that called tip-timing measurement is presented. The method offers some unique advantages over traditional straingage method. Only two sensors over the top of blades and one synchronous sensor of the rotor are used to get the exact vibrant amplitude and frequency of the each blade in a rotating row. At the same time more exact results are obtained and the life of the system is prolonged. A high accuracy system of vibration measurement on rotational blade has been developed. The method is verified by an experiment.
