Exploration on supervision system of food security

Promulgated in February 2009,the Food Security Law of People's Republic of China indicates that the safeguard of food security in China entering a new era of rule by law.The complexity and diversity of food security issues destine that legislation alone is not enough,scientific legislation must be carried into execution actively,during which existing legal system can be tested and improved.Due to the weak position of consumers in the field of food security,the legal instituion of administrative supervision should play a more important role,as well as fulfill essencial analysis and reference on the more perfect supervision mechanism of food security in foreign countries.
