: On the basis of the form, scale and burial articles, this article think that the owner of the mausoleum founded in Lion Mountain, Xuzhou is LIU Ying, the second king of Chu State of Western Han dynasty. It is important for the study on the origin of the cliff cave mausoleum and the development of the mausoleum's form and scale in Western Han dynasty.
